The new course will provide students with a theoretical understanding of sound frequencies and actionable techniques to raise their own frequencies. After finishing the course, St. Germain Mystery School students can incorporate the techniques into their everyday lives to improve their energy levels and overall well-being.
The program is designed for anyone interested in the science of sound and its therapeutic properties, those interested in learning how to expand the capabilities of their voice and diaphragm, and those who want to learn more about esoteric studies and practices.
The first two course modules describe what toning is and then focus on theory, followed by a third section that is exclusively focused on breathwork exercises. The third module explores the feelings of joy and adventure that may be evoked by toning. All the modules add up to about two hours of video content and 17 lessons, which can be accessed from any device with an Internet connection.
The course is also meant to serve as a bridge between ancient Eastern medicine, which has traditionally focused on human energy systems, and Western medicine, which takes a more modern, scientific approach and focuses on the body’s structure and functions.
